In your 1:1 sessions, we focus on creating a space that’s just for you. A place to slow down, feel, and explore what is alive in your body, so you can access clarity, confidence, and presence that lasts beyond the session. Together we will:

You will leave each session with an integration plan with simple somatic practices and action steps for between-sessions.
We will clarify and align with your vision during our time together, but I can only guide you– you are going to need to show up and be in committed practice on your own.
