About ElizaBeth

I hold so much gratitude for the mentors, teachers, colleagues, clients, friends, family and loved ones that I share relationships with. Every movement instructor, meditation facilitator, coach and energy worker whose practice I have experienced has informed and inspired the way I teach and facilitate today.  I am grateful for the people who have shown up to my classes as students, and the clients who have engaged my services–each of you has been a teacher to me too. Peers and colleagues have also been deeply influential on my practice and being-ness. Thank you. Additionally, I hold so much gratitude for my benevolent ancestors, Mother Earth and all other supportive beings. The way that I show up in the world, and the work that I do, is shaped by my experiences and the people who have invested in relating with me.
