You can start by filling out a brief application here, and we'll be setting up 1:1 calls to meet with people before registration.
When you are ready to register a signed contract and your first payment is due to save your spot.
Prices range from $1800 per person (early bird special on shared room) to $4200, and varies depending on whether you are in a room solo, or if you're sharing your room with a friend/family/partner.
The price includes all retreat activities and supplies, 3 vegetarian meals per day, and 7 nights of lodging in a beautiful private Finca on Mallorca. You will also receive a few (small) special gifts. There are 8 rooms available at the Finca, and you will have your own patio or balcony, and ensuite bathroom.
What is not included:
We can make recommendations for local transport, and are happy to connect you with fellow retreat participants in case you'd like to arrive together.
There is parking onsite if you'd like to rent a car for the week.
Please arrive at the finca, 3 pm or after on Saturday April 25th.
Plan to depart the finca between 11-12 on Saturday May 2nd.
Its about 45 minutes driving time to the Mallorca airport.
We are capping the retreat at a max of 16 people. There are a total of 10 bedrooms (2 go to our team), with 8 available for retreat guests. We hope to foster an intimate environment of mutual connection, like-minded people.
Morning practice will begin with gentle bodyweight movements for mobility and core strength. These are designed to help with your posture, range of motion and feeling both easeful and strong in your body. We will move into guided Somatic Practice to help us foster connection within and with each other. And our mornings will finish with longer Yin-Yoga inspired stretches.
Evening Practice will be a blend of guided meditation (breathwork, visualization and body scan exercises), yin yoga to prepare us for deep rest.
There is wifi available in the main building--home to both lounges, our dining room and kitchen.
The cell phone service is minimal at the finca, which is part of what we love!
We encourage you to enjoy unplugging when you're in your room, and throughout the week as much as you can.
